Nadia Heinze
Director, Attorney, Immigration Practitioner
Nadia Heinze is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a registered Immigration Practitioner (IP(SA)) with over 15 years’ experience in the South African Immigration law sector.
In 2008 Nadia started working at an Immigration law consultancy firm while studying at the University of Pretoria towards a Bachelor of Science degree specialising in Microbiology (BSc Microbiology) which she obtained in 2009.
In 2012, Nadia began to pursue a second degree (Bachelor of Law) through the University of South Africa (UNISA).
In 2016, Nadia joined an Immigration Attorney law firm to complete her articles as a Candidate Attorney where she stayed on from 2019 to 2021 as a Senior Associate Attorney.
In 2021, Nadia decided to start her own Immigration law firm called NM Heinze Attorneys Inc where she assists both corporate and private individuals with their immigration needs and problems. Lastly, Nadia is also member of the Forum of Immigration Practitioners of South Africa (FIPSA).

Nicole Coetzee
Immigration Consulting Assistant
Nicole Coetzee is an Immigration Consulting Assistant at NM Heinze Attorneys Inc., where she assists clients with visa and permit applications and various immigration-related matters. Nicole earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pretoria, followed by a Master’s degree in Social Work from the same institution. With a strong background in social work, Nicole brings a client-centred approach to her role, ensuring that individuals and families receive the guidance and support they need throughout the immigration process.
