We can assist Asylum seeker temporary permit holders to renew their current Asylum. In addition we can also assist foreign nationals who have formally been recognised as a Refugee to submit an applications for certification (letter) from the Standing Committee for Refugee Affairs (SCRA) which would be required to proceed to apply for permanent residence in terms of Section 27(d) of the Immigration Act.
